Real Projectives’ Movers & Shakers

We are thrilled to announce that Bryan Burnette has been elevated to the position of Director of Project Management. He has been with Real Projectives since June of 2016, successfully serving our many clients with their real estate advisory needs. He has meticulously managed complicated repairs on an urban high-rise project, assisted clients with acquisition diligence, and overseen development projects along the east coast. In his new director role, Brian will focus on hiring and mentoring our stellar team of project managers and support staff. He’ll also renew our efforts to provide tenant improvement construction management throughout the Baltimore and DC markets.

Bryan has eagerly immersed himself in his new role and Real Projectives® owner, Jonathan, is excited to leverage Bryan’s expertise to continue to grow the company. He brings many years of experience managing construction and renovation of affordable housing projects throughout the country. He is also a giving individual who recently organized a community vigil after a neighbor was a victim of gun violence. Kudos to Bryan on his well-deserved and earned promotion.
