With more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and real estate, Jonathan founded the firm in 2008 to provide trustworthy advice and management to investors, owners, and users of real estate. He has deep expertise across many market sectors including commercial office, retail, healthcare, institutional, industrial, hospitality and multi-family properties throughout the United States.
Under his leadership, Real Projectives generates optimum value for clients. The company applies technical experience with organizational, financial and risk management, along with a deep understanding of development through property operations and maintenance. Prior to founding Real Projectives, Jonathan held executive and leadership roles at several well-established real estate and engineering firms.
Jonathan is an active member of the community, serving as a mentor and leader with the regional chamber of commerce and engineering alumni groups. Always trying to leverage technologies, he was a participant in the early development and application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards through the International Alliance for Interoperability, now a part of NIBS (National Institute of Building Sciences).
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from Penn State University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate, Development, and Institutional Investments from Johns Hopkins University.

Her passion for seeing projects evolve from concept to completion is fueled by her extensive management experience and a keen eye for design that marries functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Eloise holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate & Infrastructure from The Johns Hopkins University – Carey Business School.

During Harry’s three-decade tenure as a Project/Program Executive he has navigated a vast array of construction projects, from multifamily properties to high-tech computer data facilities. His results-oriented approach and deep knowledge of facilities planning, and construction management are the bedrock of his professional identity.
Harry’s leadership is defined by his ability to solve problems, manage risks, and disseminate best practices ensuring project delivery with the highest quality and cost efficiency. His career began with a passion for building design and engineering, which continues to drive his success in creating spaces that are as functional as they are visually appealing.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from City College of New York.

His multifaceted background ensures that he brings a comprehensive perspective to each project, meeting the diverse needs of our clients with a hands-on management style that delivers results and effectively manages risk.
Jay is a licensed professional engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration in Management & Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin.
