Prior to commitment of equity and/or debt, RPL works with our clients to critically evaluate the factors driving potential returns and risks, including such aspects as land and environmental conditions, zoning and entitlements, architect and contractor qualifications, etc. Upon the closing of a deal we address the challenges of entitlements, design, construction, and delivery, and the eventual refinancing, sale, or disposition of a project. We monitor, oversee, and advise on a full spectrum of associated development risks, customizing our oversight efforts as needed.

We go beyond making sure invoices and funding requests represent work earned. We also track schedule, quality of work, changes in scope, and team dynamics to forecast outcomes and suggest improvements to process. We support the transition of the project from construction to occupancy and facilitate final negotiations and close out of projects.
