Congratulations to Matthew Scott

Real Projectives® is excited to promote Matthew Scott to senior project manager. In this new role, Matt will continue to oversee multiple development and renovation projects to to realize each client’s goals along with taking a stronger role in growing our firm goals along with taking a stronger role in growing our firm.

Matt, a graduate of Virginia Tech, has been a star in our organization since joining us almost three years ago. His strong construction, scheduling and management skills, combined with effective communication, continue to move our client’s projects forward efficiently and with less risk.

He has also contributed to improving the company through identifying new hire candidates, mentoring junior staff and helping to implement best practices for our organization. We remain excited for our shared future.
