Welcome Cole McGarry

With interest in real estate analysis and improvement nurtured through his studies, Cole McGarry brings a strong desire to make properties better.

Cole joined Real Projectives® in January 2020 as a project assistant who supports teams in administering and tracking many renovation and development projects.

Previously, Cole completed three internships in the real estate field. These experiences provided him with valuable firsthand knowledge of site acquisition, leasing, property management and project management.

Cole earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate and minored in business at Virginia Tech. He was involved with Relay for Life, a nationwide organization that raises funds for cancer research.

A native of Fairfax Station, Virginia, Cole enjoys spending time off in the sun and surf at Fenwick Island, Delaware. He dreams of someday being the owner of the Philadelphia Eagles, but we won’t hold that against him.
