Welcome Kody Safiran.

With more than 20 years of supervisory experience in project management, architectural design and construction administration, Kody Safiran joins Real Projectives® as a Senior Project Manager.

Before joining our team, Kody was the owner of Design Services Group, LLC, a full-service architectural design company. While at DSG, he acted as designer, producer of construction documents and construction administrator on more than 1 million square feet of interior architecture and design. He was also responsible for more than 50 retail and dental office projects. His other prior experience includes jobs with prominent architectural firms in the Washington, D.C. metro area.

At Real Projectives, Kody will provide a wide range of services from acquisition diligence support to development oversight, and project and program management for tenant fit-outs, building renovations and development oversight.

Kody, who is an avid visitor to art museums and exhibitions, has been married for 25 years and is the proud father of two college-age sons. He holds an MBA in Management and Finance from The George Washington University and a B.S. in Architecture from The University of Maryland.
