Real Projectives® proudly announces that Warren Campbell joined our team.

Campbell brings 20 years of urban development and architecture industry knowledge and experience to help our clients complete projects while better managing risks.

Joining us in October 2021 as a Project Manager II, his expertise, including revitalizing neighborhoods and developing retail centers, enhances the breadth and depth of our team.

Warren manages multiple projects throughout the U.S., evaluating client goals to establish priorities, planning appropriate strategies, and driving positive outcomes. Additionally, among other duties, he forecasts costs, negotiates commitments, and controls expenses for on-budget results.

Campbell has a calm demeanor and an outstanding attitude toward building client and team relationships. One of his favorite past experiences was serving as the owner’s representative for the master-planned redevelopment of the Laney Walker/Bethlehem communities in Augusta, Georgia. The project has transformed an area of blight and disinvestment into a thriving community of residential, commercial, and retail development, including affordable housing, according to recent reports from the Augusta-Richmond County Housing & Development and WJBF-Augusta.

In addition to his relevant experiences, Warren comes to us with several degrees including a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University, College of Engineering and Architecture, Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University, and a Master in Science in Architecture, High Performance Building from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
