Real Projectives® proudly announces that Samantha Kuehne joined as Assistant Project Manager.

Kuehne’s (pronounced keeny) passion for buildings and how things are put together brought her to the doors of Real Projectives® in October 2021.

As our newest assistant project manager, Kuehne reviews and analyzes project information and facilitates team communications. Additionally, she helps manage and oversee construction and development projects to satisfy our client’s objectives.

Samantha’s determination benefits team building and client satisfaction. Her project management knowledge combined with commercial real estate experience form a great combination that adds value inside and outside our organization. In her previous work, she gained valuable knowledge and experience in commercial brokerage, property management, and project management. A full façade renovation including fully replacing windows for an occupied building was one of her most memorable projects.

In addition to Kuehne’s relevant experiences, she earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from George Mason University, School of Business, a Commercial Real Estate Certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.

When not dreaming about Amanda Seyfried playing her in a movie about her life, Samantha might be found searching the globe for a warm beach.
