Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Ruby Watts recently joined our team as an Assistant Project Manager

Ruby Watts’ passion and aptitude for managing design, construction, and delivery of resort hotel projects adds great energy to our team.

She also brings proven knowledge and skills regarding change and cost management and owner-furnished item procurement and installation. As a former Imagineer, she’s especially proud of her work on the Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

As assistant project manager, Watts will assist our project services teams with the management and oversight of construction and development projects to meet our client’s objectives, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.

Ruby brings a superior attitude of team building and client satisfaction. Her strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking abilities are unique and will be valuable inside and outside our organization.

In addition to Watts’ project experiences, she comes to us with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering & Mechanics Track) from Duke University – Pratt School of Engineering We are thrilled to have Ruby on our Real Projectives team and look forward to doing great work together.
