Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Rick Erickson joined our team

Erickson brings 30 years of real estate and construction industry knowledge and experience to help our clients complete projects and better manage risks.

Joining us May 2021 as a Project Manager II, his expertise ranging from acquisition due diligence to design and construction management, enhances the breadth and depth of our team.

Erickson leads multiple project teams, evaluating client goals to establish priorities and plan the appropriate project strategies. Additionally, he, among other duties, forecasts costs, negotiates commitments, and controls expenses for on-budget results. Based out of Denver, Colorado, he enables us to more effectively cover the western half of the United States.

Erickson brings an outstanding attitude toward client and team relationship building. One of his favorite past experiences was a conversion of an old bowling alley into a hip/happening bar/restaurant with exterior beer garden out of a converted storage container with adjacent field for exterior events. He replaced the 50-year-old lanes and reused the old wooden lanes as bar tops. His strong skills combined with creative thinking abilities offer value inside and outside our organization.

In addition to Erickson’s relevant experiences, he comes to us with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business. We are thrilled to have him on the Real Projectives team and look forward to doing great work together. Welcome Rick!
