Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Curtis Leidig joined our team

Leidig brings more than 20 years of real estate and construction industry knowledge and expertise to help our clients complete projects and better manage risks.

Joining us January 2022 as a Project Manager II, his broad experience ranges from construction consultant on office and retail renovations, owner’s representative on luxury apartment buildings, and manager of a large-scale development.

Leidig manages new construction and renovation as well as oversees development projects for our clients with the goal of finishing projects on schedule, on budget and to the highest quality. He works on office, industrial, residential, and manufactured housing properties.

In addition to his great experience, Leidig has an outstanding attitude toward building strong relationships with current and potential clients, developers, contractors, and designers. One of his favorite past experiences was a master planning project for the downtown area of Salinas, CA. He led the development and design team in redeveloping twenty acres of the city’s old town district. He said of the project, “It was an amazing experience to work with a diverse and impressive team to create a vibrant new area of the city and to work collaboratively with elected officials, public interest groups, property owners, private citizens and state, county, city, and federal officials.”

Leidig earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Marymount University. We are thrilled to have him on the Real Projectives team and look forward to doing great work together. Welcome Curtis!
