Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Alyssa Claxton Peters joined our team late in 2020 as a Project Coordinator.

Alyssa Claxton Peters’ passions for productivity, including earning a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, have led her on a path of experience and knowledge regarding cost analysis, contractual compliance, and overseeing subcontractors while ensuring the work gets done.

As project coordinator, Ms. Peters assists with the organization and management of project teams and vendors, keeping people current on changing information, maintaining and tracking processes, and seeking out efficiencies to improve outcomes for both projects and the company.

Alyssa brings an outstanding attitude toward client and team relationship building. One of her favorite past experiences was leading business transformation. Operating between teams, focusing in on one goal, allowed her to use her communication skills and knowledge of the business process to achieve success. Her strong skills combined with creative thinking abilities offer value inside and outside our organization.

In addition to Ms. Peters’ relevant experiences, she comes to us with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from UMBC’s College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (Visual Arts)  She is currently pursuing a Masters in Project Management from University of Maryland Global Campus. We are thrilled to have her on our Real Projectives team and look forward to doing great work together.
