Real Projectives® is pleased to announce that Ashley Mbemba has joined our team as an Assistant Project Manager.
Mbemba joined Real Projectives® (RPL) in March 2022 as an assistant project manager (APM). In the APM role, she tracks and analyzes project costs and schedule information and facilitates strong team communications. Additionally, she supports the proactive management and oversight of construction and development projects and programs to satisfy our client’s objectives.
She started her construction management career interning for a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor working on renovations of interior spaces and exterior buildings for government agencies. Ashley grew to manage construction across a diverse portfolio of projects from hospitals to national park structures, and other government-occupied or owned facilities. She’s well-versed in Quality Control Management (QCM), having overseen QCM for construction projects including scheduling inspections of work performed for contract compliance, training teams on quality/audit, and reviewing submittals and as-built drawings.
In addition to Mbemba’s relevant experience, she earned a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Construction Management from Morgan State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, Carey Business School. When not busy with work and graduate school, she might be found exploring the latest cryptocurrency markets or painting the world’s next great masterpiece. We’re thrilled to welcome Ashley to RPL’s team and look forward to doing great work together.
