Femi Akinola Promoted to Project Manager

We are pleased to announce that, as of this July, Femi Akinola has been promoted to Project Manager.

Femi’s journey has been marked by consistent leadership, growth, and excellence. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, he began his career in construction project management at Brent Realty & Investment, followed by five influential years at ECS – Mid Atlantic.

Since joining Real Projectives, Femi has made an immediate and lasting impact—jumping into complex projects like Clover and quickly becoming a trusted team member. His ability to lead with clarity, communicate effectively, and adapt to challenges has demonstrated technical skill as well as a strong alignment to our culture and values.

Femi’s commitment to Service Excellence and Continuous Advancement is evident not only in his work but also in his pursuit of professional development, recently earning his PMP certification. With dedication to team collaboration and problem-solving, he has remained a true asset and inspiration to our organization.
