Celebrating Women in Construction Week 2024

Published on:March 7, 2024

As we celebrate National Women in Construction Week, it’s time to shine a spotlight on the remarkable women who are a part of the construction industry.

This week is more than a celebration; it’s a recognition of the vital contributions women make to one of the most foundational sectors of our economy.

Women in construction are architects, engineers, project managers, and laborers who bring precision, innovation, and a unique perspective to every project they touch.

“I’m a big planner and construction is a planner’s game,” Assistant Project Manager Christinia Green said. “I enjoy the critical thinking involved and the ongoing opportunities to learn something new with each project. Every project is unique but still familiar with processes. The most rewarding experience, as most would agree is to see the building finally complete and the relationships that you have built along the journey.”

Honoring these women goes beyond acknowledging their presence; it’s about valuing their impact and fostering an environment where more women can pursue and excel in construction careers.

“At Real Projectives, we believe in championing the talent and tenacity of women in construction,” Senior Project Manager and Team Leader Eloise Klein said. “And we’re grateful to have so many accomplished and skillful women on our team.”

Here’s to the women who build, design, and inspire – the true pillars of progress.
