Real Projectives Awarded 2020 CMC Small Business of the Year
Real Projectives® is proud and thrilled to be named Small Business of the Year for 2020 by the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
The recognition honors a business with less than 50 employees for a demonstrated history of significant growth and for materially improving the regional business climate.
Working on a broad spectrum of real estate renovation and development projects throughout the United States, combined with assisting clientele ranging from a “mom and pop” opening their first store to a large investment firm financing a development worth more than $100 million, we have earned trust as project and program manager, owner representative and real estate advisor. That diversity of experience and expertise has enabled our growth from one employee to 15 and counting, even through the current COVID-19 pandemic. Our employees and the firm are involved in our industries and communities donating time, funds and expertise to make Central Maryland a better place to live, work and play.
Jonathan Williams, Principal of the company and currently serving as the chair of the Chamber’s Regional Economic Development Committee, states “we appreciate the recognition for our business growth and for helping our neighbors, fellow members and the Central Maryland region thrive.” We are thankful for the people we have met and the relationships we have developed during the past roughly 10 years working with the Central Maryland Chamber and its predecessor West Anne Arundel County Chamber.
