Welcome Andrew “Tony” Forano

With a career managing real estate projects of all kinds and sizes across the United States and Canada, Tony Forano’s experience is a valuable addition to Real Projectives®.

Tony joined our team in April 2020 as Senior Project Manager and is directly involved in oversight and management of several projects. He also mentors and supervises other staff members and will contribute to business development. Director of Project Management, Bryan Burnette commented, “We searched hard for the right senior person to join our team and I’m thrilled for Tony to now be contributing with us.”

Previously, Tony served as a senior project manager for a high-rise project in the ICE District of downtown Edmonton that is now the tallest building in Canada outside of Toronto. Low-rise and stand-alone buildings are also part of Tony’s experience. Among other firms, he has worked for ONE Properties, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Inc., Seko Construction, Graham Group US and M&M Construction/Mauti Development Corp. From resorts to libraries, office space to communications towers, Tony has overseen a wide variety of construction projects, some covering hundreds of thousands of square feet and requiring years of development.

Tony holds an associate’s degree in business science from Ocean County College and certifications from Turner’s Institute of Technology. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he currently lives in Little Egg Harbor, New Jersey and looks forward to moving to Maryland soon.

With a lifelong love of construction, Tony enjoys flipping houses. His other interests include classic cars, boating, fishing and spending vacation time in sunny Florida.

Welcome to the team, Tony!
