Staff Announcements: Aislinn Mascarina

Welcome Aislinn Mascarina

With her drive to be organized and keep things running smoothly, Aislinn Mascarina joined Real Projectives® in April as Executive Assistant and Office Manager.

Previously, Aislinn had served as executive assistant to D & A Dunlevey Landscapers and Capital Realty Management Group. In those roles, she held various levels of administrative, accounting, HR and marketing responsibilities. Her experience includes work in real estate, insurance and financial services.

Previous employers benefitted from Aislinn’s strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, persistence to resolve client issues, and passion to streamline systems.  Owner/principal, Jonathan Williams, states “as Real Projectives continues to grow, I am excited to have Aislinn on our team and look forward to her strengthening our operations.”

Aislinn grew up in the Silver Spring area and currently resides on a family farm in Gaithersburg, Maryland. She likes to drive fast cars and enjoys cooking, although not yet at the same time.
