This Summer, Real Projectives® was proud to work with Wyatt Rahl as one of our Summer 2020 Interns
As the second intern, this past summer at Real Projectives®, Wyatt gained first-hand experience in real estate and project management processes and tasks to complement his college studies in architecture. He also had the opportunity to learn about interpersonal communications, professional relationships, and real-world conflicts.
“I enjoyed learning the importance of property due diligence documentation such as Purchase and Sale Agreements, Environmental Studies, ALTA Surveys, Investment Memos, and more. Reviewing these and other documents helped me get a firsthand look at the way real estate is purchased, developed and operated. I felt confident knowing that my questions were being answered by industry experts.”
Wyatt also gained exposure to the financial side of development and was able to see dozens of different projects, doing a great variety of different activities. We are thankful for his hard work.
We wish Wyatt the best as he completes a bachelor’s degree in architecture in his senior year at the University of Maryland in College Park and then begins a prosperous career ahead.
