Devault-Weavers’ passion for construction brought him to the doors of Real Projectives® where he’ll assist project managers to successfully complete multiple project engagements.
In his previous work he gained valuable knowledge and experience in architectural design and carpentry for housing projects. Working with Habitat for Humanity on their Southwood community (Charlottesville, VA) is one of his most memorable projects.
As an assistant project manager, Devault-Weaver reviews and analyzes project information and facilitates team communications. Additionally, he helps manage and oversees construction and development projects to satisfy our client’s objectives.
He brings a determined attitude of team building and client satisfaction. His strong construction knowledge combined with architectural vision are a great combination that will be valuable inside and outside our organization.
In addition to Devault-Weaver’s relevant experiences he has earned a Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, as well as a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington’s College of Built Environments. When not dreaming about Al Pacino playing him in a movie, he might be found paragliding in Miraflores, Peru. We’re thrilled to welcome him to the Real Projectives® team and look forward to doing great work together.
