Johnson brings more than 10 years of project management and construction industry knowledge and expertise.
Joining us in January 2022 as a Project Manager II, his experience includes managing construction budgets and analyzing cash flow; leading healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial construction projects; business development; and managing budgets.
Johnson will manage renovation projects as well as oversee development projects for our clients, to achieve the goals of finishing on schedule, on budget, and enhancing reputations. He will work on office, industrial, residential, and manufactured housing properties throughout the U.S.
In addition to his great experience, Johnson is a team-player focused on enriching relationships with current and potential clients, developers, contractors, and designers. One of his favorite past experiences was delivering a $73 million redevelopment of Brookland Middle School in Washington, DC to a LEED® Gold level. The work involved demolishing the original 1960s structure down to the foundation and then upgrading the infrastructure and interiors of over 100,000 square feet. Each detail from the stairs, bathrooms, and water fountains was state of the art. The FF&E had an Art Deco feel to it that made him wish he could turn back the clock and attend that school himself.
Johnson earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the SUNY’s Stony Brook University, College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. We are thrilled to have him on the Real Projectives’ team and look forward to doing great work together. Welcome Jerome!
