Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Christopher Weir joined our team as Senior Business Manager.

Weir brings decades of experience in financial management and business operations.

With these capabilities, as our new Senior Business Manager, he’ll support our project management teams on our journey to advance and grow into the future.

Weir was inspired to join RPL believing in our long-term vision and excited by our innate drive to increase efficiency, eliminate redundancy, and enhance cross-team communication providing the best development consulting and project management services. Applying broad expertise and a multitude of experience working with businesses of all sizes and types, Weir has already made a positive impact to our organization.

While not working hard for our team and clients, you might find him hitting the ski slopes in the winter, or the beaches from Delaware to St. John in the summer. He also volunteers as a Youth Football Coach and Wheelchair QUAD Rugby Scorekeeper.

In addition to Weir’s relevant experiences, he comes to us with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. We are thrilled to have him on our RPL team and look forward to growing and improving the business together.
