Real Projectives® First Annual Employee Summit

On October 6, the RPL team had their first ever Company Summit which was an opportunity for the whole team (including our members from the west coast) to gather, socialize and improve relationships.

The team spent the morning playing team-building games including activities such as drawing pictures as a team and some puzzle games. Each game was meant to focus on different aspects of teamwork and understanding different working styles. Afterward, RPL employees were broken up into small teams to engage in a scavenger hunt for various artworks located around the Maryland Live! Casino & Hotel. Then, lunch was served coupled with a stand-up routine from a comedian.

The end of the day was filled with talks of the future, awards for years of service, a fun mixology class, and a group dinner that included employees’ significant others.

The summit was a great opportunity for employees to bond and learn more about each other while having fun. We’re looking forward to making the company summit a successful gathering for the RPL team in the many years to come.
