Real Projectives is growing and we’re proud to announce the following team members.

 

Nia Pitt – Assistant Project Manager Nia Pitt Headshot

Pitt joined RPL in March 2025 and is responsible for ensuring project efficiency by promoting collaboration, communicating with stakeholders, and promptly addressing risks.

Pitt comes to us with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Morgan State University, as well as a master’s in management studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.

With a strong foundation in construction management and experience supporting high-profile federal projects, Nia brings precision, leadership, and a passion for transformation to every initiative.

We’re so excited to have Nia on our team and look forward to the impact she’ll make!

 

Eric Lynn – Assistant Project Manager Eric Lynn Headshot

Lynn joined RPL in March 2025 and is responsible for supporting project managers through conducting innovative marketing strategies and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Lynn brings valuable experience in project management, customer service, and business development from his past roles, aligning project objectives with client expectations.

With a B.S. in Business from Towson University, an A.A. from Anne Arundel Community College, and a Scrum Master certification, Eric is willing to take on any challenge. His strengths in communication, organization, and conflict management make him a fantastic addition to the team.

Jaime Wilson – Business Operations ManagerJaime Wilson Headshot

Wilson joined RPL in March 2025 and is responsible for aiding senior leadership with administrative tasks and operational initiatives.

Wilson brings over two decades of experience in operations and customer service, leading numerous project managers and customer service professionals while managing an extensive portfolio of clients and revenue.

Jaime’s ability to oversee multiple projects, shift priorities effectively, and maintain strong relationships with partners and team members is essential to our dedication to delivering exceptional service. Her attention to detail and commitment to meeting contractual turnaround times make her a valuable addition to our operations team.

Theresa Montano – Business Development Managertheresa montano

Montano joined RPL in June 2025 and is responsible for corporate expansion through client acquisition and strategic plan development.

With a decades-long career driving business growth, Montano brings a proven track record of exceeding goals, boosting consumer engagement, and generating record-breaking revenue.

Her background includes leadership roles at the Maryland and Charleston Metro Chambers of Commerce, as well as experience in sales, administration, and project management. Theresa’s passion for strategic networking, relationship building, and helping communities thrive makes her a valuable addition to our team.

Kate Heaphy – Project CoordinatorKHeaphy Headshot

Heaphy joined RPL in June 2025 and is responsible for supporting project teams in managing and tracking initiatives throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Heaphy brings a versatile background in research, marketing, and customer service, with hands-on experience supporting development initiatives from concept through completion. As Project Coordinator for RPL, she assists project teams through acquisitions, construction oversight, capital improvements, and program management.

Kate holds a B.S. in Public Policy and Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park, and also served as Director of Member Interaction for the Kappa Omega Alpha Public Policy Fraternity.

We’re pleased to welcome Kate to the team and look forward to her contributions!

 

Michael Stewart – Project Manager IIMichael Stewart Headshot

Stewart joined RPL in June 2025 and is responsible for creating budgets, managing schedules, and facilitating communications.

With over 20 years of experience in large scale construction management, Stewart brings deep expertise in project oversight, design development, and team coordination.

His background includes work with federal agencies such as EOIR, NOAA, CFPB, USMS, and GSA, where he navigated complex government operations with professionalism and precision. His leadership has supported projects ranging from complete modernizations to new federal construction initiatives.

Michael holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Virginia and is known for his meticulous planning and organizational skills.
