Ashley Mbemba Promoted to Project Manager

We are delighted to announce that this past July, our esteemed colleague Ashley Mbemba was promoted to Project Manager.

Ashley’s journey has been one of dedication, growth, and impact. After graduating from Morgan State University, she began her career in construction project management at Hamilton Pacific Chamberlain, where her attention to detail and commitment to excellence quickly set her apart.

Since joining Real Projectives, Ashley has brought a wealth of knowledge and a passion for creating spaces that uplift and inspire. She seamlessly integrated into our culture, consistently and confidently delivering Service Excellence across our projects. In her pursuit of Continuous Advancement, Ashley recently earned her MBA from Johns Hopkins University, a further testament to her drive for growth and leadership.

Ashley has played a key role in some of our most complex projects, and her contributions have made a lasting impact on both our clients and our internal teams. Beyond her professional achievements, she’s also a vibrant part of our company culture. Whether she’s lending her creativity to team events or bringing energy to everyday interactions, she helps make Real Projectives a more connected and engaging place to work.
