Ashley Williams Celebrates Five Years with Real Projectives®

Ashley Williams recently celebrated five years with Real Projectives^®(RPL), making her one of our longest tenured employees.

Although mostly working part-time while attending the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Ashley has made tremendous contributions to multiple aspects of the project management and real estate consulting business. Among other things, she has kept the office stocked and cleaned, the financial books and records in order, the marketing database and materials up to date, and has recently been setting up our new RPL Academy of training programs.

Principal of the firm, Jonathan Williams, expressed, “I’m very proud of Ashley, as a father and supervisor, as she has developed a solid work ethic and myriad of practical skills and business savvy that will serve her and future businesses.”

Ashley says of her time with the firm, “Working at RPL has been a great experience for me, allowing me to gain knowledge in the financial and operational aspects of management. Starting here while I was still in high school—up until now, when I’m preparing to graduate college—I’ve grown so much in everything from marketing to office upkeep to financial management, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the opportunities RPL has given me.”
