Real Projectives® is proud to announce that Cole McGarry has been promoted to Assistant Project Manager

Cole McGarry has been promoted to the position of Assistant Project Manager at Real Projectives, LLC.

(RPL) Cole started with RPL in early 2020 he has supported projects in the student housing, industrial, office, cannabis, self-storage, multi-family, senior housing, and medical office building segments. As Assistant Project Manager Cole will assume greater responsibility within Real Projective’s project management team performing real estate, due diligence and construction management services for our clients nationwide.

Senior Project Manager Jay Hughitt, said of McGarry, “Cole’s hard work and dedication were key to our decision to promote Cole and we feel that these traits will serve us well in his new role.”

In his expanded role, he will help the company to estimate and prepare proposals for new engagements, assist the project manager and or director of project management to plan, execute, and control projects from ranging from tenant improvements (TI) to renovations to new development. Additionally, he will set-up and manage project records, work with project team creation, and coordinate and attend project meetings and site visits.
