Honoring Dedication

A dependable player on every one of our projects, Anne Pierce celebrates five years at Real Projectives®, making her the employee with the longest tenure (besides our owner). Anne started part-time with our firm in 2014 while she was completing a master’s degree in facilities management at Catholic University. In May 2015, she joined us full time, and we created the position of project specialist just for her. In fact, she still serves in that role.

With her deep knowledge of building codes and her willingness to research technical issues, Anne is generous in sharing her expertise. She mentors our junior staff and serves as an adjunct at Catholic University. Prior to COVID restrictions, Anne enjoyed visiting project sites to evaluate the progress and quality of work. Her supervisor, Bryan, states “she continues to be a valuable and irreplaceable member of our team.”
