Roy adds depth and breadth to our team.

A veteran construction manager, Roy Richard joins Real Projectives® as Senior Project Manager.

Roy brings a wealth of experience from running a successful general contracting company to previously serving as senior project manager for numerous companies including KCM Inc., Cambridge Construction and The Charles E. Smith Companies. His list of notable projects is lengthy as well, and features Flint Hill Office Building in Fairfax, the Adobe Systems DC/McLean office, the National Firearms Museum and the Federal Express Government Relations Office. He is especially adept at overseeing multi-faceted projects through construction and completion.

Roy will manage projects, evaluate deals, mentor staff, and develop business – especially toward growing our services with respect to improving commercial spaces and renovating buildings throughout the Baltimore-Washington region.

We are thrilled we can harness Roy’s knowledge and leadership to better serve our clients. He is a welcome addition to our formidable team.
