West End Station

RPL provided due diligence and development oversight for a 229-unit urban redevelopment project in Winston-Salem, NC on behalf of an institutional equity partner. The complex featured four levels of wood-framed apartments above a three-story podium garage, with two elevated courtyards incorporating a pool and amenity plaza. The site had challenging site topography requiring grade and foundation adjustments. Our management ensured high-quality execution, resulting in rapid lease-up and successful property sale.
