RPL provided due diligence and development oversight for a Class A garden-style apartment community representing an institutional equity partner. The community, located in Midland, TX, includes a luxury clubhouse, pool, and amenity deck. Facing unique labor challenges from oil field competition, we implemented innovative scheduling strategies to maintain trade worker continuity, including coordinated slab-to-framing sequencing. We also used strategic material procurement and early establishment of a staging area to ensure materials were available when needed. We helped deliver the project two months ahead of schedule and $2 million under budget.
