The Alloy

RPL provided oversight for a seven-story, 275-unit apartment development near the University of Maryland, featuring amenities including a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and pet spa. Working with a new development manager, RPL enhanced project communication and evaluated investment risks while providing hands-on coaching to align the team with required policies and procedures. Through active management and mentoring, we bridged communication gaps between owner and contractor, helping ensure effective project execution.
