As owner’s representative, Real Projectives provided comprehensive project management services for a multi-phase community enhancement initiative throughout the property.

Our team orchestrated renovations to the main clubhouse, pool and sports courts, fitness center modernization, and construction of a new pavilion with pool. The program included critical seawall repair/replacement around the community lake and upgrades to utilities and roadways.

Despite complex multi-jurisdictional permitting and other challenges, COVID restrictions, labor shortages, and multiple storms, the project successfully completed all components. Through disciplined scope management, we delivered revitalized amenities while limiting additional costs despite municipality-driven delays that challenged established budgets.
