As owner’s representative, RPL provided due diligence and oversight services for the development of a new three-story, climate-controlled self-storage facility on behalf of an institutional equity partner. Our team successfully navigated multiple site challenges—including utility relocations, underground foundation removal, and a required watermain extension—while satisfying municipal requirements for height restrictions, landscaping, and retail space integration. Through effective project management, the facility was completed as planned and achieved successful lease-up.
