As owner’s representative, RPL provided comprehensive oversight services for a new climate-controlled self-storage facility at a prominent urban intersection. Our team managed complex site constraints including two-sided shoring adjacent to existing structures and development of underground parking. Despite challenges with utility relocation and discovered historical structures, we successfully guided the below-grade construction through completion. The project delivered on schedule and units leased quickly.
