RPL provided due diligence and renovation oversight for the conversion of an industrial building into a 900-unit, two-story self-storage facility on behalf of our financing partner. Our team secured necessary zoning approvals and managed adaptive reuse challenges, including the modification of an existing lift into a code-compliant elevator. The completed facility successfully opened for operations.
