As project manager for tenant and representative or the landlord, RPL coordinated the turnkey delivery of Spirent Communications’ office suite renovation. Our team managed the integration of specialized technical laboratories and testing facilities alongside traditional office spaces, while coordinating design input from engineering stakeholders. Despite concurrent multi-tenant renovations, the project delivered on time and within budget, enabling successful business operations.
