Serving as an owner’s representative and project manager, RPL oversaw engineering and complex structural and waterproofing renovations in an occupied high-rise condominium building. Managing multiple repair scopes, we coordinated extensively between the condominium board, residential owners, and tenants to execute the necessary improvements. We successfully completed all work while minimizing disruption to building operations and resident activities.
