As owner’s representative, RPL managed the development of two industrial warehouses totaling 1.23 million square feet, including comprehensive stormwater infrastructure and fire suppression systems. Our team coordinated with construction partners to implement environmental solutions, including bioretention pond remediation and water management systems, while successfully adapting the design to meet new tenant requirements. The strategically located facility delivered enhanced operational capabilities through effective project management.
