Serving as project manager, RPL provided construction oversight for a new eight-story luxury apartment development with 175 units and covered parking, representing an institutional equity partner. Through monthly site visits and maintaining close communication between developer, contractor, and investor stakeholders, we guided the project to completion on time and within budget. The development had a successful lease-up and subsequent sale.
