As owner’s representative, we provided comprehensive project and construction management services for the renovation of the clubhouse and fitness buildings, as well as the remodel of the pool/spa bathrooms with showers.

Our team guided scope development, budgeting, and procurement strategies while managing the creation of multiple outdoor gathering spaces, including an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, game table patio, shade structure, and new sport courts such as basketball and pickleball. This project marked our first group of projects in a new market, where we faced challenges such as limited resources, higher labor and material costs, difficult geographic accessibility, and weather impacting construction practices and timing. Despite these challenges, we successfully delivered a complete transformation of community amenities, providing a higher quality of life for residents and improving property value and cashflow. Through strategic phasing and effective coordination, we brought significant value to the client by enhancing the community’s amenities.
