RPL provided pre-venture diligence and development oversight for a 144-unit apartment complex consisting of five three-story buildings with clubhouse and mixed parking options, representing a private institutional equity partner. Managing construction in a remote location, we implemented strategic solutions including ensuring walls were panelized ahead of winter conditions, careful planning of material and labor resources, and coordination with an adjacent single-family home residential development, our oversight helped ensure project completion on time and within budget, leading to successful lease-up performance.
