RPL served as advisor and investment partner representative for a 1,098-bed student housing development featuring ground-floor retail spaces, extensive amenities including a fitness center, seventh-floor outdoor facilities, and a luxury rooftop pool complex with sauna and whirlpool. Working closely with the construction manager and general contractor, we coordinated multiple retail client requirements while navigating complex city environmental regulations including green roof specifications, bird-safe glass, and solar panel installations. Despite the project’s complexity and high-end amenities, our oversight helped deliver a luxurious, beautiful building ahead of schedule and under budget.
