As owner’s representative, RPL provided diligence support for a 635,000-square-foot industrial warehouse development on behalf of an institutional equity investor. Our team managed extensive site preparation across dozens of acres and oversaw on-site tilt-wall concrete construction for this single-story distribution facility. Despite significant weather-related challenges affecting sitework, strategic project management enabled near-schedule completion.
