RPL managed the conversion of an existing retail building into a Maaco auto body repair facility, serving as project manager for both landlord and tenant. The scope included modifying the structure to accommodate oversized garage doors and specialized equipment installation, including a paint spray booth. Through careful coordination of both parties’ interests, we helped successfully deliver the build-out on time and within budget, creating a functional facility.
