Serving as an investor representative, RPL provided due diligence and development oversight services on behalf of a private equity group for a Class A garden-style apartment development. The project featured a luxury clubhouse, pool with outdoor pavilion kitchen, and amenity deck.

We assisted the client through Alabama licensure requirements process and advised on risks associated with significant staff changes in both contractor and architectural teams during the project. Despite these challenges, we helped ensure project completion within budget and to high quality standards, enabling successful lease-up.
