As construction manager, RPL directed the renovation of our company headquarters across two floors, transforming former title company offices into a modern workplace. The project delivered open and closed offices, conference facilities, and multi-purpose spaces while satisfying multi-jurisdictional approvals. Through careful coordination, we minimized disruption to neighboring tenants, sustainably repurposed office furniture through veteran donation, and created an inviting, functional environment for our team.
