RPL provided due diligence and renovation oversight for a 360-unit garden-style multifamily property encompassing 16 three-story buildings and extensive amenities including a clubhouse, fitness facilities, fishing lake, dog park, and two salt-water pools. Representing an institutional equity partner, RPL managed renovation phasing to minimize resident disruption while navigating challenges including construction during a category-four hurricane. Through strategic execution, RPL successfully delivered the clubhouse renovation and unit upgrades across all buildings while maintaining property operations.
