RPL provided oversight for a student housing development featuring a mix of cottages, townhomes, and mid-rise buildings. Managing through labor and material shortages and contractor challenges, we conducted weekly site visits to address design coordination and turnover issues. Through close supervision and proactive coaching of the general contractor on resource scheduling and quality control, we helped deliver the project within time and budget constraints, ensuring students could move in as planned.
