RPL provided due diligence capital planning for the acquisition of an operating Class A garden-style apartment complex consisting of 56 one-bedroom and 83 two-bedroom units. Through comprehensive evaluation, we developed capital improvement plans and budgets, supporting the successful property acquisition.
